I believe in holding space for every part of yourself in an empathetic and accepting way where you are free to share who you are. I am here to be a part of a healing process that happens at your own pace. I hold an integrative approach to therapy; focusing on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches with special attention to inner-child work and attachment styles. I commonly integrate cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, or solution-focused approaches in a collaborative way.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and am currently working towards a full registration.
I have experienced my fair share of school and relationship stress, especially during my late adolescent and early adult years. My experience as a client in psychotherapy drastically improved my mental health and helped me to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I currently work with young women who may be looking to do the same, struggling to find themselves or are experiencing anxiety or depression due to cultural, family, relationship, or career stress.
My enthusiasm and passion for healing stems from my confidence in the powerful impact that a judgement-free, safe space to speak about weighing issues can have on someone’s life. I would be honoured to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

Aniin, Hello!
As a Registered Social Worker and a passionate Indigenous Woman, I provide a non-judgemental space in which you can feel free to be your authentic self to explore difficult thoughts and emotions.
As unique as every person is, so are the struggles we face. How we process and navigate these experiences is just as unique. Through an integrative trauma-informed approach to therapy, I will assist you in identifying your strengths, overcoming challenges, learning effective coping mechanisms, and working together collectively to bring about positive changes that, in turn, can help to bring you inner peace.
Although therapy cannot erase the past, it can help us to understand and process our experiences. My experience includes working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships. Wherever you might be in your journey, I will walk alongside you at your own pace to help you explore a new path; By fostering a caring and healing atmosphere, it is my intention to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I warmly welcome both individuals and couples. My office hours are flexible. I can offer evening and weekend appointments if that works for you. I look forward to walking next to you on your healing journey.

Trained in many areas of psychotherapy, for a variety of reasons, including anxiety, depression, stress, couple’s issues, trauma, self-esteem, and addictions, my goal is to treat you as the whole person, where we, as a team, decide what goals are best for you in each moment. We are complex beings, where biology, psychology, and support systems, all play an important and integral role in our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Furthermore, when you are ready, there may be some past events we can unpack and help you begin to heal from. That brings me to our alliance. I want you to be safe, and we therefore will go at your pace, so that you can feel comfortable to disclose what you want to, when you are ready, at your own stages in our process.
A little bit about me is that I am a father of two, and have been married for over ten years. I went through some difficult times in my own life, sought therapy, and it helped me get on a better path. I was so inspired by the field, that I left teaching to pursue this career. It is my hope that I will be able to assist you in your journey, as I was helped on mine.
